Paging Dr. Caveman! Paging Dr. Caveman! Your patient is waiting for you. Fix 'er up and make her all better doc.

Poor thing. I can see the potential though.

Was that oil cap jammed under the frame? Looks like a lot thought went into that build. (He said sarcastically.)

Good choice of music. If you know the genius who did that crap, ask them one question for me: Why? Is that a Santee frame? What's that analog tester in the background? Hope to see pictures along the way.

What a beautiful mess! Have fun!

That tester in the background is my Handy Dandy Sunsscope and infrared emissions tester {That when in high school was automatic 6 week suspension for accidently knocking over, luckily I never did]
In its day it was a quarter million dollar piece of equipment'
So when I saw one for a hundred in perfect working order...I had to buy it :]
Builder of bike Unknown {And probably wouldn't admit even if found out]
The frame is too boogered to figure parentage.

Hey, WTF is wrong with bailing wire? I love bailing wire!

I think the welded footpeg really bothered me. I got a little red in the face for some reason.

Thats a rat bike. I sorta have a soft spot for the rat bike, but only if it runs.

boogered? lol I thought only my dad used that word. good word. Hey, I wanna follow this project as well. If you need someone to really f' it up I'll ride over there to help. I'll bring WillyD with me to help fix my boogering.

I will try to finish the next chapter this weekend.
It's already half done.

Wow - you've got your work cut out for you man. The only thing you seem to have left out is the part about Ann humming beer bottles at you if you don't finish her bike first!

Ya know, just when you think you've seen all of the hillbilly rigged up mess in the world...

I had a guy one time ride out to my house with a 48 ford pickup he had put mag wheels on. The wheel studs weren't long enough to get more than two threads before the lugnuts bottomed out. He asked me (wait for it)...

...to weld the lugnuts on the studs.

I politely told him to get out of my yard, because I knew when he had a flat tire someday that someone would say "What jackleg welded the lugnuts on?". And then I'd get thrown under the bus. No dice!

Maybe this is the same guy responsible for the sporty's condition.

Looking forward to what it looks like when you're done with it.

-Peace
